Guarantees

To provide you with peace of mind, I offer the following guarantee:

1. Workmanship Guarantee (5 Years)

I provide a 5-year guarantee on all workmanship. This covers the structural integrity and weather-tightness of building works. If a defect arises due to the way the work was executed or installed, I will return to rectify the issue at no cost to you.

Please note the following standard exclusions:

- Third-Party Intervention: This guarantee is strictly limited to work as I have left it. It is rendered void if any other party touches, walks upon, drills into, or alters the roof or structural work after I have completed the project.

- Settlement: Minor hairline cracks in plasterboard or mortar joints due to the natural drying out and settling of a new structure are considered normal maintenance and are not workmanship defects.

- Maintenance: The guarantee does not cover issues caused by a lack of regular maintenance

- Extreme Weather: Damage caused by "Acts of God" or extreme weather events is not covered under workmanship.

2. Materials (As per Manufacturer)

All materials used are covered by their respective Manufacturer’s Warranties.
